FAQ (frequently asked questions)
WHEN TO ARRIVE: Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Late arrivals may receive shortened treatment time at normal fee.
GRATUITIES: Your services do not included an appreciation for the therapist. Please feel free to leave a gratuity you consider appropriate. Accepted in cash, credit or check.
RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS: We require a credit card to reserve appointments for services a half hour or more. We ask that if you need to cancel your appointment, you please provide 24 hour notice.
If you provide less than 24 hour notice, and we can not fill your appointment time, we will have to charge you 50% of the treatment fee. And if we do not hear from you at all, we will have to charge you for the full treatment.
RETURNED CHECKS: If a check is returned, you will be charged a $20 handling fee.
PERSONAL PROPERTY: We are not responsible for loss or damage of any personal articles.
RETURN POLICY: All unopened product will be given store credit within a 30 day period with receipt. All open skin care products will be given store credit within a 30 day period if product is more than half way filled with receipt. No returns on open/ used products.
GIFT CERTIFICATES: Gift Certificates may be purchased in any dollar amount.
